About the Trainer

Johan Van Eeckhout was cofounder of a health center in Belgium that offered various forms of fasting. He wrote a book on intermittent fasting and masters both the science and practical wisdom of the various forms of fasting (intermittent fasting, window fasting, fasting for health). The unique combination of fasting, mindful eating and cold therapy gives an incomparable boost of health and helps us regain the energy we lost to addictions and destructive patterns.
